Learn to use the sharp corner of the ironing board to iron the shoulders, slip the shirt over that corner, and iron the corners of the shirt.
Iron one sleeve (the sleeve tube and then the cuff), before ironing the sleeve, pinch the head of the shoulder line with one hand, pinch the cufflinks with the other hand, stretch it out and lay it on the ironing board, and then iron it, so that Iron will be smoother.
